Red Square were appointed to partly refurbish an impressive double fronted, detached family home in North London with an internal space of 7,557 sq ft. The existing arrangement of space was disconnected and therefore dysfunctional for busy family life.
Red Square's team remodelled the ground floor, to create a main living area where greater consideration was given to transition from room to room and between interior and exterior space.
On the upper floors a modern ensuite master bathroom was created and existing wooden floors refurbished throughout. On the 2nd floor, the large existing playroom was divided into a gym and bedroom with ensuite shower.
The work also included the refurbishment and internal decoration of all existing windows and an upgrade to the existing sound system and lighting.
